How it works

Buy clarity first.
Then build on it.

The engagement begins with a fixed-fee Growth Assessment. Management, the board and investors get one evidence-based value creation plan before committing to execution.

Founder-led companies scaling their next stage, with their management team and board.

Fixed scope · Fixed assessment fee · No obligation to continue

The engagement model

One engagement. One decision point.

The assessment creates the plan. A follow-on partnership is optional and begins only when the baseline, priorities, responsibilities and economics are agreed.

01 / fixed-fee growth assessment

Your growth roadmap and value creation plan.

A deep dive into your organisation: opportunities, constraints, operating model, data readiness and capabilities.

Four weeks, fixed scope agreed upfront
  • Prioritised opportunities, quick wins and quantified assumptions
  • Operating and capability diagnosis
  • A sequenced activation plan with owners and milestones
  • 12 to 24 month roadmap, owners and KPIs
02 / optional execution partnership

Turn the plan into operating change.

Metologik assembles specialist capacity, supervises delivery and builds with management and internal teams.

12 to 24 monthsMonthly fee plus value share
  • Management and board value reviews
  • Execution governance and specialist capacity
  • Change adoption and capability transfer
  • Monthly supervision fee plus an agreed share of verified incremental value

The assessment tells you where the growth is and what it is worth. Execution is where it gets built, and we build it with you. The execution partnership runs on a monthly fee plus an agreed share of verified incremental value. The baseline, attribution rules and verification method are agreed before any work begins.

Common questions

Before you start.

Who is the growth assessment for?

Founder-led companies scaling their next stage, with their management team and board.

What does the assessment include?

Four weeks, fixed scope agreed upfront. You receive prioritised opportunities, quick wins, quantified assumptions, a sequenced activation plan with owners and milestones and a 12 to 24 month roadmap with owners and KPIs. Scope and the fixed fee are agreed before work begins.

Do we have to commit to implementation?

No. You can implement independently or engage Metologik for 12 to 24 months. Execution is remunerated through a monthly fee covering supervision and specialist capacity, plus an agreed share of verified incremental value. The baseline, attribution and verification method are agreed in advance. The assessment has a separate fixed fee.

Do we need to share confidential information first?

No financial records are needed for the initial conversation. Sensitive access begins only after the NDA, scope and approved data process are in place.

Start with one decision

Which growth question needs a board-ready answer?
