Your enquiry and personal information
Metologik, S.L. is responsible for the personal information you provide through the contact form or by email. The form requests your name, company and work email; it also lets you share your role, revenue range, priority and general context.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request. The basis is taking steps at your request before a potential contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry from a company representative. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
The form sends your enquiry to info@metologik.com through the website’s email service. Website hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Provider details and any applicable international transfer information are being reviewed and will be added here.
Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping and legal-claim requirements. Please do not submit financial records, credentials or confidential documents through this form.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, by contacting info@metologik.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD.
Assessment and execution are separate.
The website does not take payment or create an engagement contract.
Fixed-fee growth assessment
A written proposal defines the scope, deliverables, fixed fee, taxes, timing, access requirements and payment terms before work begins.
Optional execution partnership
A separate 12–24 month agreement defines responsibilities and 100% ROI-based execution fees: an agreed percentage of verified incremental value creation. The metric, baseline, attribution, exclusions, verification and termination provisions are agreed in advance.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality and data-access arrangements, including an NDA where required, are agreed before sensitive information is shared. Intellectual property, liability and other engagement conditions belong in the signed agreement. No financial return is guaranteed.
